It's an interesting fact, and I believe many people who work in media agencies have encountered a lot.
While it may seem like an impossible task, but this is not always the case.
A limited budget also has the opportunity to carry out amazing campaigns and achieve remarkable results if there is close cooperation between the agency and the client.
The trust and cooperation from clients are critical, here’re some tips:
- Flexibility to refine marketing promotions
- Willingness to try new things, believe in “test and learn”
- Be open to crazy ideas
- Give the agency enough time to generate ideas and launch the campaign
After all, a sufficient budget definitely gives agencies more room to plan, but for me, communication, collaboration, flexibility, and time are essential elements of a successful campaign.
